About Me
Aaron Harmaty helps individuals and families navigate legal issues rooted in financial difficulties. He has represented many clients against debt collectors, medical providers, hospitals, financial institutions, mechanics, and vehicle dealerships. Aside from winning favorable results for his clients in cases involving all the above entities, he has also assisted many people in filing for bankruptcy and achieving discharge. Though his focus is on automotive dealer disputes, bankruptcy, commercial disputes, consumer protection, and contractor disputes,his experience spans a variety of legal issues. After Aaron graduated from Notre Dame Law School, he clerked for the Hon. Thomas J. Walsh, J.S.C. in Union County, where he worked on matters involving matrimonial matters and the complex business docket. He then worked for several firms, including Legal Services, before opening his own practice.
